An exciting finale of the Renault Clio Cup is ahead, with three consecutive race weekends set to decide the champions in all categories. Montenegrin racing driver Filip Kunčer enters this decisive phase among the frontrunners, following six completed weekends and 12 races, competing against more than 50 drivers from across Europe.
Despite coming from a country without a single professional racing circuit for training, Filip has demonstrated exceptional talent, speed, and discipline on legendary European tracks thanks to his home simulator, dedicated work, and persistence.
Current Standings:
So far, Filip has faced a demanding calendar — from a promising start in Nogaro (France), through legendary circuits such as Spa-Francorchamps, Imola, and Misano, to the challenges of Magny-Cours. Along the way, he also faced setbacks: an incident caused by another driver’s mistake in Dijon, as well as technical issues with a shock absorber at Magny-Cours, which cost him valuable points and new tires — a critical factor in a championship governed by strict regulations.
Despite everything, together with the Milan Competition team, Filip has repeatedly proven that he can fight with the very best, delivering excellent qualifying laps and strong race finishes in a field where more than 50 cars are often on track at the same time and the margin for error is minimal.
Final Race Schedule:
This weekend marks the beginning of the final phase of the season, and Filip enters the closing stretch determined to confirm his quality and secure his place among the elite.
We invite all motorsport fans to follow and support Filip on his journey, as he has proven that a driver from Montenegro — without a domestic racing circuit and without the system support available in other countries — can compete shoulder to shoulder with the European elite.
With his passion, dedication, and incredible drive to improve — the best is yet to come!

Two races, two podiums, and a constant fight for the win

He demonstrated that he has the knowledge and skill to compete at the very top, which is also his clear objective for this season

I expect strong competitors and a solid pace from the very first laps
